<p>We are looking for an experienced <span style="font-weight: bold">SAP SuccessFactors Integrations Specialist</span> to join our team and support the design, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and other corporate systems.</p> <p><br></p> <p>The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring that data flows across platforms are reliable, secure, scalable, and aligned with business needs. This role will work closely with Human Resources, Technology, external vendors, and functional teams to ensure the proper operation of integrations within the HCM ecosystem.</p> <p><span style="font-size: 36pt">Key Responsibilities</span></p> <ul> <li>Design, configure, develop, and maintain integrations between <span style="font-weight: bold">SAP SuccessFactors</span> and internal or external systems.</li> <li>Implement and manage integrations using <span style="font-weight: bold">SAP Integration Suite / Cloud Integration — CPI</span>, Integration Center, APIs, SFTP, OData, SOAP, REST, and other related technologies.</li> <li>Work with SAP SuccessFactors modules such as <span style="font-weight: bold">Employee Central</span>, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Performance & Goals, Compensation, and other HCM modules.</li> <li>Analyze technical and functional requirements to propose efficient and sustainable integration solutions.</li> <li>Manage data flows between SuccessFactors and systems such as payroll, ERP, Active Directory, benefits platforms, reporting tools, and other corporate applications.</li> <li>Perform unit testing, integration testing, data validation, and support during UAT cycles.</li> <li>Monitor production integrations, identify errors, analyze logs, and troubleshoot incidents.</li> <li>Document technical specifications, integration mappings, configurations, processes, and operational controls.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, access control, and integration best practices.</li> <li>Participate in implementation, continuous improvement, automation, and optimization projects across the HCM technology landscape.</li> <li>Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and internal teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.</li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 36pt">Requirements</span></p> <ul> <li>Proven experience working with <span style="font-weight: bold">SAP SuccessFactors integrations</span>.</li> <li>Functional and technical knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules, especially <span style="font-weight: bold">Employee Central</span>.</li> <li>Experience with <span style="font-weight: bold">SAP Integration Suite / Cloud Integration — CPI</span> or equivalent integration tools.</li> <li>Knowledge of APIs, OData, SOAP, REST, XML, JSON, SFTP, and flat file integrations.</li> <li>Ability to analyze integration errors, review logs, interpret payloads, and diagnose data synchronization issues.</li> <li>Experience gathering technical requirements and documenting integration solutions.</li> <li>Understanding of Human Resources processes, employee master data, organizational structures, and employee lifecycle processes.</li> <li>Ability to work with technical teams, functional stakeholders, and external vendors.</li> <li>Technical English proficiency for documentation review, error analysis, and communication with international teams or vendors.</li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 36pt">Preferred Qualifications</span></p> <ul> <li>Certification in <span style="font-weight: bold">SAP SuccessFactors</span>, <span style="font-weight: bold">Employee Central</span>, or <span style="font-weight: bold">SAP Integration Suite</span>.</li> <li>Experience in implementation, migration, or regional/global rollout projects.</li> <li>Experience integrating SAP SuccessFactors with payroll systems, ERP, SAP HCM, Workday, ADP, Meta4, Oracle, Active Directory, or other HCM platforms.</li> <li>Knowledge of SSO, provisioning, role-based permissions, and identity management.</li> <li>Familiarity with data security controls, GDPR, SOX, or similar compliance frameworks.</li> <li>Experience working with agile methodologies or formal project management frameworks.</li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 36pt">Key Competencies</span></p> <ul> <li>Strong analytical thinking.</li> <li>Problem-solving mindset.</li> <li>Attention to detail.</li> <li>Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li> <li>Strong organization and prioritization skills.</li> <li>Ability to manage incidents independently.</li> <li>Customer-service orientation and continuous improvement mindset.</li> <li>Ability to work under pressure in business-critical environments.</li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 36pt">What We Offer</span></p> <ul> <li>Opportunity to participate in strategic Human Resources digital transformation projects.</li> <li>Collaboration with multidisciplinary and/or regional teams.</li> <li>Professional development and training opportunities in SAP technologies.</li> <li>Competitive compensation package based on experience.<br></li> </ul>
