Employ's partnership ecosystem has real potential, and we need a leader who can assess what we have, tighten the commercial framework, and build the scalable motions that turn partnerships into a meaningful revenue engine. You'll own the full partner lifecycle across referral, resell, and strategic alliances — operating at the executive level externally while staying close to execution internally.
