Location: Coteau-du-Lac, Qc

F Shift Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 6:00AM-4:30PM

Position Summary

The Warehouse Worker is responsible for the accurate receiving, moving, storing, and shipping of products in accordance with company standards for safety, security, and productivity. This role supports product safety, quality, and legality while ensuring efficient and accurate order fulfillment.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Accurately select products based on customer order specifications.
  • Load and unload products onto or from delivery vehicles, pallets, and other transport methods.
  • Pull and prepare products for shipment, ensuring correct quantity and type.
  • Perform picking and packing duties efficiently to meet customer service standards.
  • Use Radio Frequency (RF) terminals for tasks including picking, inventory, quality checks, and shipping.
  • Scan packages, read labels and charts, verify numbers, and sort products to appropriate destinations.
  • Maintain facility equipment and materials in a clean and orderly condition.
  • Keep accurate records and reports to support inventory integrity.
  • Participate in physical inventories and cycle counts.
  • Inspect products for accuracy, damage, or infestation.
  • Learn responsibilities and procedures of other warehouse areas as needed.
  • Perform labeling, sorting, wrapping, packing, and repacking tasks.
  • Operate warehouse and computer equipment as assigned.
  • Work in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to company safety standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • 0–2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF equipment preferred.
