In this role, you will work as part of our VerifiedTM clinical team that reviews student requirement documentation, follows client requirement interpretation rules, and codes the necessary values (dates and statuses) into the VerifiedTM platform. Verified allows students to upload digital documentation as required to meet their program requirements for clinical and field placements. Once the student uploads this information, this information goes to our Verified Data Agent for review and data entry.

The areas of documentation to be reviewed are:

  • Certifications
  • Immunizations
  • Interpretation of Serological Testing
  • Training/Modules

Key Responsibilities

1. Reviewing student program documents accurately and promptly

2. Accurately entering detailed information into the VerifiedTM system.

3. Providing feedback to the Operations team on program efficiency and improvements.

Synergy’s commitment to quality and accuracy will ensure the accurate collection, storage, and analysis of data.

Key Considerations:

  • Work from home
  • Time management (we expect five records per hour to be completed)
  • Strong experience in using excel and google sheets
  • Attention to detail
  • Understand and interpret serological testing and Canadian immunization guidelines

Candidates Must Have:

  • Previous Working Experience in healthcare as a Nurse, Physician, Physician Assistant, PSW, Paramedic
  • Minimum of 1-year experience in the area of expertise
  • Access to a workspace that is private and at your home
  • Availability to work on weekdays, weeknights, as per company requirements
