Notre client, une entreprise du domaine religieux, est à la recherche d'un technicien RH et paie motivé pour rejoindre leur organisation située à Montréal. Sous la supervision de la chef des ressources humaines, ce rôle est essentiel pour assurer une gestion efficace de la paie et des dossiers des employés, tout en offrant un soutien administratif aux ressources humaines. Si vous avez une passion pour les processus RH et une attention méticuleuse aux détails, ce poste pourrait être parfait pour vous. Responsibilities: Traiter la paie des employés en utilisant le système Nethris et s'assurer de son exactitude; Gérer l'ouverture des dossiers des nouveaux employés et maintenir les informations à jour; Répondre aux questions des employés concernant les avantages sociaux et les régimes de pension et être la personne ressource; Fournir un soutien administratif général aux activités des ressources humaines; Collaborer avec l'équipe RH pour assurer la conformité avec les politiques de l'organisation; Assurer les communications internes à travers l'organisation Avantages du poste: Assurances collectives + Régime de retraite; Trois (3) semaines de vacances + 12 journées personnelles + 11 journées fériées; Stationnement disponible; Télémédecine Exigences du poste: Un minimum de deux ans d'expérience dans le traitement de la paie et l'administration des RH en milieu syndiqué; Solide connaissance du système Nethris et des processus de paie canadiens; Mode hybride (3 journées en présentiel); Horaire de 37,5 heures par semaine
