As a defense mission professional, you'll bring your tactical and technical expertise to work on projects for the Department of War (DoW). You'll be a t rus ted advisor to our clients, and we'll look to you to identify opportunities, analyze risk, and evaluate complex systems, policies , and processes to provide solutions that solve the joint services' hardest problems.

You served your country as a non-commissioned officer in one of the most demanding SOF units in the world. Now further your career with us as you help solve complex design, integration, and analytical problems for the DoW.

  • 10+ years of experience with SOF in contingency operations, sensitive activities, and leadership
  • Experience working with the intelligence community and U.S. government
  • Experience using Micro sof t Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Experience with security clearance protocols and systems
  • Knowledge of strategic DoW combat operations strategy and policies
  • Top Secret clearance
  • HS diploma or GED




  • Experience with advanced technology in AI and autonomy
  • Experience with data analytic tools
  • Knowledge of logistics and sustainment functions
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Master's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
