Personal Assistant to CEO (Part-Time, In-Person)

Prisma Artists is seeking a reliable, highly organized Part-Time Personal Assistant to support the CEO with day-to-day personal logistics, travel coordination, household support, and management of a large personal wardrobe for online resale.

This is an in-person role for someone local to Fort Lauderdale who is comfortable handling a mix of personal assistant duties, errands, scheduling, travel booking, home organization, and resale-related tasks. A strong candidate is dependable, efficient, discreet, and able to take initiative with minimal oversight.

Key Responsibilities

Online Resale Management

  • Photograph, organize, and list branded clothing and accessories on resale platforms such as eBay, Poshmark, and similar marketplaces
  • Write clear, accurate product descriptions and manage listings efficiently
  • Monitor sales activity, respond to buyers as needed, and coordinate packing and shipping
  • Keep inventory organized and maintain a smooth process from listing through fulfillment

Errands & Personal Logistics

  • Handle local errands, including dry cleaning, post office runs, returns, grocery shopping, and household pickups or drop-offs
  • Assist with day-to-day logistical tasks to help keep personal operations running smoothly

Scheduling & Travel Coordination

  • Manage personal appointments and calendar-related needs
  • Book travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, car service, and related itineraries
  • Help coordinate travel logistics and keep plans organized and up to date
  • Track tasks, reminders, and time-sensitive follow-ups

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a personal assistant, executive assistant, household assistant, or high-detail administrative support role preferred
  • Strong experience with online resale platforms and confidence managing listings, shipping, and inventory
  • Experience booking travel and managing itineraries with strong attention to detail
  • Highly organized, efficient, and comfortable managing multiple tasks independently
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through consistently
  • Trustworthy, discreet, and professional while working in a private residence
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation
  • Must be local to Fort Lauderdale and available for in-person work
