ModSquad is currently seeking an experienced and proactive Workforce Coordinator to join us!You will play a crucial role in supporting our management and Mod teams by overseeing shift scheduling and ensuring accurate timesheet approvals across the company. Pay Rate: To be discussed in the interview phase Commitment: 40 hours per week Orientation Begins: ASAP What You'll Be Doing: Following specific workflows to ensure approval of timesheets for various projects with efficiency and accuracy Flexible in the ability to pivot to specific project needs and processes Navigate Workforce issues using workflows, critical thinking, and clear communication with our IT team, WFM, and Services Communicate with Project Managers, Account Managers, and other key stakeholders on various reporting, trends, patterns, issues, etc. Our Ideal Candidate: Has a critical eye for detail Comfortable with following workflows Communicates well, verbally and written Comfortable with Google Sheets and basic formula understanding (PLUS) Comfortable with Advanced formulas (queries and vlookup) (PLUS) Comfortable with building Slack Workflows WorkSpace Requirements: Dedicated laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or above Willingness to install MSQ security software and 2FA app on the phone Additional Information ***PRO TIP***: Take your time and make sure you do a thorough job in completing your application.
