About the position

This position is responsible for leading and coordinating the methods, procedures, and tools used by Liquids Pipelines Operations teams during all phases of work management. The role focuses on ensuring effective design and implementation of work management processes to safely carry out field maintenance on Liquids Pipelines assets. The successful candidate will collaborate with diverse partner groups and contribute to the development of training and communication programs related to work management processes.

Responsibilities

  • Leads development and execution of Liquids Pipelines Field Work Management processes for all phases of work management (Identify, Plan, Schedule, Execute, Close, Analyze).

  • Provides front line deep senior technical expertise and support for Maximo process and technical issues.
  • ,
  • Guides regional teams for effective use of processes and tools, assisting in the development of training materials and job aids.
  • ,
  • Discovers and recommends solutions for complex and technical work management data issues and gaps that affect performance.

  • Contributes to the development and sustainment of the Liquids Pipelines Field Work Management training and communications program.

Requirements

  • Related university degree and seven-plus years' oil & gas, maintenance, or pipeline experience OR ten-plus years of previous field operations experience, OR equivalent mix of formal education and experience.

  • Understanding in development and implementation of new processes, work management practices and functions.

  • Knowledge of how enterprise resource planning technologies relate to the business and good understanding of current technologies used in the enterprise.
