  • *Weekend Scheduler**
We are currently seeking a **highly reliable, flexible Weekend Scheduler.** This position is great for someone who is a self-starter and pays close attention to detail.
  • *Pay & Schedule**
  • **$20-$22 per hour + ON CALL BONUS - $100 per night**
  • **Part-Time Saturday & Sunday 7a-7p**
  • Primarily **on-call**
  • **\*\*FULLY REMOTE POSITION\*\***
  • *Requirements**
  • **Scheduling experience**
  • Must have Level 1 Finger Clearance Card or be able to obtain one.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Knowledge of KanTime and homecare a plus
  • Working knowledge with computers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Knowledge of HIPAA rules & regulations.
  • **Exceptional reliability is required** — this is a high-trust role where attendance is critical

  • Answer the telephone by the third ring, triage messages and handle efficiently.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy in scheduling.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in charts for all correspondence involving patient care.
  • Check messages regularly throughout the day.
  • Conduct quality assurance audits, identify trends, and report findings to leadership
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the client experience and caregiver performance
  • Partner with the team to keep clients safely on service and at home
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
