About the role

We are seeking a patient Success, virtual concierge, a high-energy, self- motivated professional who thrives on creating a meaningful connection with both new and exciting patients. This is not your typical customer service role, it's a hybrid or relationship management, retention strategy, and patient engagement, where your personality, tone, and ability to think on your feet will set you apart.

As a patient success representative, you'll play a pivotal role in driving patient loyalty, re-engagement, and new appointment bookings for some of the most respected medical aesthetic brands in North America.

Responsibilities

· Build relationships with both new leads and existing patients to encourage rebooking, retention, and satisfaction.

· Manage and nurture your retention list's, using CRM & PMS data to reconnect patients in warm and engaging ways.

· Utilize our CRM platforms (HubSpot experience is a plus) to track patient communications, manage follow ups, and maintain accurate records.

· Support your assigned clinics by managing inbound and outbound communication (phone, text, email, and direct message)

· Facilitate a seamless patient journey, from initial outreach to consultation booking, to follow up.

· Uphold a high standard of service and energy, always representing the clinic brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.

· Contribute ideas and feedback to improve patient engagement, strategies, and retention programs.

· Bring a growth mindset, continuously learning from training, coaching, and peer collaboration.

Pay: $50,000 - $60,000 per year

Job Type: Fixed term contract

Contract length: 12 months
