Job Title: Virtual Phone Appointment Setter (Evening Hours) – 1099 commission only position, paid on booked appointments.

Location: Remote

Hours: Mostly evening hours (average about 5 hours per day)

Compensation: Average appointment setters earn $500–$800 per week.

What You’ll Do

  • Reach out to leads via phone during evening hours.
  • Qualify and engage interested prospects.
  • Schedule and confirm Zoom meetings for our Life Insurance Agents.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments.
  • Provide excellent customer service and professional communication.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls from a list and handling objections.
  • Reliable internet connection, computer and a quiet work environment.
  • Ability to work primarily during evening hours.
  • Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or sales is a plus but not required.
