display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">Liaison: Coordinate</span> with external providers on system updates, issue resolution, and process enhancements related to payroll.</li><li>Occasional flexibility required to accommodate international time zones</li></ul><p></p><p><b>What you bring</b></p><p>Required Qualifications</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field, or equivalent experience.</li><li>3+ years of payroll administration or management experience, preferably in a global and/or outsourced payroll environment.</li><li>Strong knowledge of U.S. payroll laws, multi-state payroll, and global payroll best practices.</li><li>Prior experience working with external payroll providers (e.g., ADP, Paychex, or similar).</li><li>Demonstrated expertise with HRIS and payroll <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">systems; Workday</span> experience required (with emphasis on Payroll, Leave of Absence, and HRIS modules).</li><li>Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
