Zybo Tech Lab is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Manual Tester Fresher to join our dynamic Quality Assurance team. As a Manual Tester, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and functionality of software products. You will be responsible for conducting manual tests, identifying issues, and reporting bugs to ensure our products meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute manual test cases for web, mobile, and desktop applications.
  • Identify, document, and track bugs or issues in the software.
  • Collaborate with the development team to understand project requirements and test objectives.
  • Perform functional, regression, and integration testing to validate the software’s functionality.
  • Prepare detailed reports on test results, outlining issues and suggested improvements.
  • Continuously improve testing strategies and processes to enhance product quality.

Qualifications:

  • Freshers with a degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
  • Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset.
  • Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing processes.
  • Ability to understand and execute test cases.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Eagerness to learn new testing tools and techniques.

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory):

  • Familiarity with basic testing concepts (e.g., black-box testing, test case writing, bug tracking).
  • Basic knowledge of any programming or scripting language is a plus.
