A few Must's before we proceed:
1. You Must have a decent computer (Desktop or Laptop) to connect to the internet.
2. High-Speed Internet Connection - Cable Internet Preferably (NO Dial Up) 


3. If you are living outside of the United States you may need to have your own VPN (Virtual Private Network) with a U.S. based I.P. Address in order to access our network. 


4. Basic Headset to connect to your computer. (Nothing fancy!) Speakers & a Mic will not be enough!
5. You must have authority to allow for our Onboarding Team to remote into your computer and install our company's software applications that are required to perform all duties.
6. A room or dedicated area in your home that is QUIET & away from distraction during working time! This is not negotiable.



***, MOST IMPORTANTLY ***  We believe in being direct and honest with you, as we would expect the same from you, which is why we believe that If you don't like to smile, are generally miserable, don't like people, feel the world owes you; you carry around “a sense of entitlement”, that you could win the award for most creative excuses, would rather ”play sick” then just say, \"Hey I'd really like the day off!\" or my favorite, “tell us you are stuck in traffic trying to get to work” (not realizing you work from home!) or lastly are just looking for something to get by with until the next best thing you believe comes along!
(THEN YOU NEED NOT APPLY- THIS IS NOT FOR YOU! - As stated previously, All of our Staff carry a tremendous sense of pride in themselves, their jobs and the company. They even all have a sense of humour and a passion for living a happy and fulfilled life!

Further, if you authored “The book of excuses, why I can't come to work On-Time!\" Have little or no self-value to allow yourself to stay in a bad relationship that is ultimately going to cause you to have troubles with your work, If you have No Self-Respect or respect for others, then PLEASE spare yourself and us the trouble of firing you! Again SiteCast Solutions will certainly not the right company for you!
