<p>SGGG Fund Services Inc. is hiring a <strong>Trust Banking Officer</strong> for its Investor Services department. This entry-level role involves providing back-office administration and support to investment fund managers by making wire payments, processing EFTs, and reconciling account statements.</p><p><br></p><p>The successful candidate will have an interest in financial services, strong communication skills, experience using Microsoft Excel, and shares the values of teamwork and customer service.</p><p><br></p><p><em> Please note, this is not an accounting or finance stream role.</em></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Core Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Making wire payments, processing EFTs, preparing and issuing cheques for: invoice or trade processing and other payments</li><li>Preparing and confirming Fundserv (N$M) payments are processed successfully</li><li>Producing and delivering daily settlement reports to clients</li><li>Reconciling trust account statements, investigating and following up on breaks</li><li>Providing back-office support to investment fund managers</li><li>Any other reasonable duties as required by management/leadership</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Education & Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma or higher</li><li><strong>OR</strong> one year of professional experience (Example: Bank Teller)</li><li><strong>OR </strong>transferrable work experience (Example: Accounts Payable/Receivable)</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong> Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Reliability and attention to detail</li><li>Thrives in a fast-paced environment, with strong time management skills</li><li>Ability to handle repetitive tasks and meet multiple daily deadlines</li><li>Strong sense of accountability</li><li>Proficiency with Excel and simple math calculations</li><li>Efficient communication, teamwork and customer service skills</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong> Asset:</strong></p><ul><li>Prior experience with Fundserv</li><li>Prior experience in trade settlements and/or clearing</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>About SGGG Fund Services Inc.</strong></p><p><br></p><p>SGGG Fund Services is Canada’s largest independent administrator of alternative funds with $95billion (CAD) under administration.
