We are seeking a Technical Writer & Trainer to create supporting assets to educate and facilitate adoption of our mission <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">critical Enterprise</span> Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) services program. The Technical Writer & Trainer will become a subject matter expert to educate stakeholders about our cybersecurity services and how to use them. You will work cross-functionally to create materials to drive understanding and facilitate adoption of our services and capabilities. You will also enable the feedback loop from our customers to help shape our backlog of future product improvement efforts.</p><p></p><p>The GEOAxIS system provides Identity, Credential and Access Management for all web applications. GEOAxIS enables online, on-demand, access to NGA GEOINT content based on user’s authoritative attributes/roles. Our Mission is to maintain highly available ICAM services for protecting those critical mission applications across all security domains. The GxNext contract was awarded to Leidos in 2021 and runs until 2031.</p><p></p><p>In this role, you will lead the Customer Engagement team and work cross-functionally with all teams of GxNext. Day-to-day, you’ll work remotely to meet deadlines and support consumers of GEOAxIS services all over the world!</p><p></p><p><b>Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Lead the Customer Engagement team to create and plan effective marketing campaigns and material conveying the value and benefits of our services and capabilities.</li><li>Assist in the development and implementation of change management activities, including communication plans, training materials, and stakeholder engagement sessions.</li><li>Develop and curate various on-demand socialization, training, and integration resources (videos, slick sheets, tri-fold pamphlets, etc.).</li><li>Creating professional-quality PowerPoint presentations, including strong skills in visual communication, data visualization, and storytelling that effectively communicate key messages to a government audience.</li><li>Continuous learning of our enterprise ICAM system, capabilities, and the open-standards and technologies applied.</li><li>Apply technical knowledge to develop and maintain user guides, detailed services and capabilities descriptions, data flows, and interface descriptions.</li><li>Collaborate with Systems Integration Engineers on the program to become familiar with customer onboarding processes.</li><li>Coordinate requirements gathering with internal stakeholders for the development of enhancements and improvements, especially those requested or identified by customers.</li><li>Monitor internal and external feedback to determine needs for User Experience (UX) improvement.</li><li>Participate in usability testing with stakeholders and synthesize results into process improvements and development backlog items.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Core Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Business Information Technology, Marketing, Cybersecurity, or a related field from an accredited university and preferably 8+ years of related experience. Additional years of experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.</li><li>Active TS to be considered and ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI with Polygraph</li><li>Demonstrated experience creating marketing materials (presentations, videos, etc.), describing technical capabilities, or as a key contributor to a marketing campaign.</li><li>Demonstrated experience presenting information to technical and non-technical audiences.</li><li>Strong interest in technology, cybersecurity, marketing, and change management principles.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">PowerPoint).  </span></li><li>Excellent organizational and time management skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Strong attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li>Must be a US Citizen.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Preferred Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>Demonstrated experience and familiarity with common Agile practices</li><li>Experience with content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).</li><li>Experience creating training/education videos about technical subject matter</li><li>Active TS clearance, SCI/Poly eligible</li></ul><p>If you're looking for comfort, keep scrolling.
