Constantly grow as you work hard for a mission that matters at a company where you matter.</p></div><p><strong>Job Title: Strategic Project Manager </strong><br><br><strong>Reporting to: Service Delivery Manager, Canada</strong><br><strong>Direct Reports: 0</strong><br><strong>Location: Canada - Remote</strong><br><strong>Travel expectations: 20% Domestic Canada</strong><br><br><strong>Your Impact</strong><br>As a Strategic Project Manager at Axon, you will oversee the deployment of both small-scale and complex enterprise-grade products. Your role involves managing all aspects of deployment, ensuring that project milestones and deadlines are met, and that documentation supports customer acceptance for revenue recognition. You will work closely with business and IT leaders to define the vision, scope, and delivery timelines for project deliverables. Additionally, you will participate in defining project scope and objectives, support the work estimation process, and manage stakeholders including Axon vendors and subcontractors. Your responsibilities also include overseeing project-level change management activities in collaboration with client partners and internal stakeholders. <br><br><u><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></u></p> <ul> <li>Manages aspects of deployment from small accounts single product implementations through to complex enterprise-grade product deployments</li> <li>Oversees project-level change management activities in conjunction with client partners and internal stakeholders</li> <li>Ensures project milestones and deadlines are met and associated documentation supports customer acceptance for purposes of revenue recognition</li> <li>Works closely with business and IT leaders to define the vision, scope and delivery timelines for project deliverables</li> <li>Participates in the definition of project scope and objectives through research and fact finding</li> <li>Supports work estimation process in support of project planning activities</li> <li>Stakeholder management including Axon Vendor/Subcontractor’s</li> </ul> <p><br><strong>Other Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Technical acumen: Become Subject Matter Expert in Axon’s products to ensure optimal support on deployments</li> <li>Strong communication, organization, verbal, written, and interpersonal skills</li> <li>Operates with a sense of urgency, accuracy, and detail-orientation, while maintaining consistent lines of communication with all teams involved in each project</li> <li>Demonstrate adaptability and versatility by embracing tasks and projects beyond core responsibilities, continuously seeking opportunity to grow and learn in various aspects of the role.</li> <li>PMP certification is an asset but not required</li> <li>Fluent French a strong plus</li> </ul> <p><br><u><strong>What You’ll Bring</strong></u></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Information Systems, or applicable Technical Engineering (Computer Science, Software Engineering, Software Development)</li> <li>5+ Years of Project Management Experience</li> <li>Experience utilizing technical project management tracking tools to ensure project tracking, completion</li> <li>Experience delivering and/or managing device deployment, Infrastructure or Enterprise Applications projects</li> <li>Ability to work strategically in a fast-paced environment, under tight deadlines (Agile)</li> <li>Ability to effectively manage and handle multiple congruent/ simultaneous projects at the same time</li> <li>Successful background managing advance enterprise-level and/or multi-departmental projects to completion</li> </ul> <p> </p><div class="content-conclusion"><p>Don’t meet every single requirement?
