As adata analystseniororleadon our Incubator Analytics group, you’ll support claims analysis for new and emerging product lines within Progressive. You’ll focus on Progressive Property and new Commercial Lines products, which involves working with data, learning new business concepts, and building relationships with business partners outside the team. In this role, you’ll interact with business and process leaders and work on a variety of projects across business areas.

Must-have Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of three year analytical work experience.
- In lieu of a quantitative degree, a bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years of analytical work experience.
- In lieu of a degree, a minimum of six years of analytical work experience.
- Knowledge of large data concepts, practices, and terminology
- Intermediate skills in Tableau or Power BI software
- Intermediate SQL and SAS, R, or Python programming skills, including the ability to create programs
- Ability to learn quickly and work in an adaptive, team-oriented environment
- Intermediate computer skills including MS Office with demonstrated skills in Excel – including the ability to create, manipulate and formulate spreadsheets – including v-look-up, tables, charts and graphing
- $70,100 - $113,200/year depending on position level and experience
- Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
