(NASDAQ: ULCC).<br><br><ul><li> Frontier is the most fuel-efficient of all major U.S. carriers when measured by ASMs per fuel gallon consumed.<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>What Will You Be Doing?<br><br></strong>The Sr. SOC Operations Mgr, in collaboration with the Director, System Operations Control, will assist in the management of day-to-day operations. In monitoring operations, the Sr SOC Mgr will assist with command-and-control decisions, including during severe and irregular operations.<br><br><strong>Essential Functions<br><br></strong><ul><li>Ensure that all Frontier flight operations are conducted in a safe manner, compliant with all applicable FARS, contractual obligations and company procedures.</li><li>Assist Sr. Director, System Operations Control with command-and-control of day-to-day operations. </li><li>Monitor all flight and operational activity, coordinating and implementing recovery plans as necessary. Manage irregular operations strategic planning and communications.</li><li>Examines and recommends changes to improve the quality and efficiency of the operation. Creates, communicates and executes operational plans aimed at preventing disruptions.</li><li>Manage revenue-based decisions, including cancellations, downgrades and significant delays which result in passenger disruption.</li><li>Monitor daily performance. Facilitate briefings and communication for senior management and all operational groups, advising of significant problems/issues jeopardizing operational efficiency. Acts as liaison to senior management regarding day-to-day operations.</li><li>Provide effective leadership within SOC, promoting all corporate and operational objectives.</li><li>Responsible for supervising SOC managers, insuring the proper execution of their assigned duties.</li><li>Assist with management of all SOC areas, insuring they are functioning as one with communication and lines of authority maintained, especially during irregular operations.</li><li>Assist in the recruitment process and hiring of System Operations Control personnel. Aid and recommend in the discipline and termination process as needed.
