Land Sales Associate Job Description

Location: 100% Remote, Must be US based! Preferably Arizona

About Us

My wife and I have been helping people buy land for over 7 years and have a stellar reputation online.

Our customers are fulfilling a lifelong dream — to finally own land they can call their own.

We specialize in making land ownership simple, affordable, and trustworthy, offering simple and easy owner financing and a smooth process from first call to closing.

Compensation

•Uncapped commissions based on closed deals – commissions create a stream of passive income as deals close, allowing you to earn for work you’ve already completed!

• $500/month stipend for your first 30 days (get trained, close your first deals)

• After 30 days: Commission on sales + stipend to bring you up to $500/month if needed

• After 90 days: Role will be commission-only (20% per sale)

• If you’re not consistently earning $500+/month (after 3 months), we’ll part ways.

What You’ll Do

Sales Responsibilities:

• Call, text, and email warm leads who inquire through our website and marketing (no cold calls)

• Make at least 10 outbound calls per day to warm leads

• Listen carefully to buyers and help match them to the right property

• Follow up consistently using our CRM (we’ll train you)

• Close deals confidently and with kindness — take down payments, send contracts, and celebrate wins

• Coordinate with our team (via Slack and email) to fulfill closing

Marketing Responsibilities (we will train you on all of these):

• Post land ads locally on Facebook Marketplace and Buy & Sell groups

• Set drip texting automation to automate follow up using TextingBetty

• Input leads manually into AirTable

Growth Responsibilities:

• Review your sales calls weekly using ChatGPT (we’ll provide training)

• Use a paid version of ChatGPT (covered under your monthly stipend) for AI-powered coaching

What Success Looks Like

• Making at least 10 outbound calls per day to warm leads

• Following up consistently and professionally with the hotter leads

• Helping buyers move smoothly from interest to ownership

• Communicating clearly with our team (Slack + email)

• Posting ads regularly to attract more leads

Who We’re Looking For

• Sales experience (required)

• Must be Arizona based and born in the US

• Warm, trustworthy, and confident on the phone

• Proactive self-starter who takes initiative and follows through

• Curious, coachable, and open to feedback

• Able to work independently and figure things out

• Organized and detail-oriented

• Tech-comfortable – Slack, Google Docs, ChatGPT, etc. are familiar or easily learnable for you

• Strong communicator — both verbal and written

• Driven by success and loves helping people

Why You’ll Love This Role

• Training and support provided to help you succeed
