REMOTE Weekend OnCall Admin NEEDED For Home Care Agency In Minneapolis, MN

Other Jobs To Apply

No other job posts for this day.

Care Planning Institute, Inc -

We are a home care aide services agency that has been in business since 2007 and help elderly people stay safe and well in their homes. We provide home care services in 15 states. We also offer same day pay options for our caregivers.

We are in need of an OnCall admin to take phone calls on any of our OnCall Shifts on weekends. The job is remote from the person's home office. It requires being at your computer and in front of an iPad (that we provide) to take phone calls that come in through an app on the iPad. Phone calls are from Caregivers who have issues and need to talk to someone in our office over the weekend.

The schedule is Saturdays or Sundays from 8am to 4pm. You can choose Saturday or Sunday shifts - but must stick to the day once you choose which day. You can also work every other weekend if you only want to work 16 hours per month - instead of 32 hours per month. Our hiring office is located in Minneapolis, MN - but the applicant can live anywhere in the Central Time Zone in the USA.

The job can pay a total of $60/hour. That $60/hour is made up of a base pay of $45/hour and a bonus of $15/hour. You get the bonus pay if you complete your scheduled shifts in any given 15 day pay period. If you call out sick then you don't get your $15/hour bonus for all hours you worked during that 15 day pay period. You would only get the base pay of $45/hour for that pay period that you called out sick. You are eligible to get the $15/hour bonus in the next 15 day pay period - when the bonus resets.

We can train on the specifics of the job. We will perform a background check.

BEWARE OF SCAMS! IMPORTANT! WE ALWAYS CONNECT WITH JOB APPLICANTS VIA TEXT/PHONE AT FIRST - BUT WILL NEVER OFFER A POSITION TO AN APPLICANT WITHOUT FIRST DOING A ZOOM INTERVIEW OR INTERVIEW IN PERSON IN ONE OF OUR OFFICES. IF SOMEONE TEXTS YOU AND SAYS THEY ARE WITH CARE PLANNING INSTITUTE AND THEY WANT TO DO AN INTERVIEW VIA TEXT AND THEN OFFER YOU A JOB VIA TEXT/PHONE WITH NO ZOOM OR IN PERSON INTERVIEW - THAT IS A SCAM.

Again, we may initially reach out via phone or text - but we will never extend a job offer before doing a face-to-face camera on Zoom or meet with you in one of our office locations. Our online recruiters are all female. If you do a face-to-face Zoom Interview with someone who is NOT female that is a scam.

ALSO, IF THE JOB AD IS LISTED UNDER ANY COMPANY NAME THAT IS NOT ‘CARE PLANNING INSTITUTE’ – IT IS A SCAM. WE DO NOT USE OTHER COMPANIES TO RECRUIT FOR US. LASTLY, IF THEY ARE CONTACTING YOU VIA AN EMAIL ADDRESS THAT DOES NOT END WITH @CAREPLANNINGINSTITUTE.ORG THEN THAT IS A SCAM. WE ONLY USE EMAIL ADDRESSES THAT ARE FROM OUR COMPANY DOMAIN – WE DO NOT USE GMAIL OR ANY OTHER SUCH EMAIL ACCOUNTS.
