Remote Voice Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Teletherapy | (PTO, Holidays, + More!)

24-28 hours per week REQUIRED with the opportunity to increase to 30+ in the future (health benefits start at 30 hours/week).

Justine Sherman & Associates (JSA) is offering a part time role with consistent hours, benefits, and a supportive team to someone who is passionate about what they do and has experience serving both adult & pediatric clients (caseload is a mix of ages).

We serve a variety of clients, including voice therapy, through a mix of insurance-based and private-pay clients. Sessions are typically 60 minutes, with some 30-minute formats.

Schedule & Availability – Consistency Matters

To support meaningful progress and continuity of care, all candidates must:

  • Commit to 24 - 28 hours/week. Opportunity to increase to 30+ hours in the future (health benefits start at 30 hours/week)
  • Experience with adults & peds
  • Be available in the after-school hours ( 3 PM–6/7 PM PST)
  • Maintain a consistent weekly schedule (11 AM - 6/7 PM PST)
  • Reside in PST, MST, or CST time zones (EST not accepted at this time)

Compensation & Benefits: W-2 Employment

  • W-2 Position
  • Annualized Salary Range: $54,000 - 75,000 (based on 24 -28 hours a week, expereince, and skills)

Your Role at JSA

  • Provide high-quality teletherapy to both pediatric and adult clients
  • Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals
  • Maintain timely, accurate documentation

Required Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Communication Disorders
  • ASHA CCC and California SLP license (or eligibility for licensure at time of application; CA license must be active before start date)
  • Minimum 1 year experience with both pediatric and adult clients
  • Minimum 1 year experience with adult voice therapy. Experience with gender-affirming voice therapy preferred
  • Strong communication, time management, and digital literacy skills
  • Residency in PST, MST, or CST time zones
  • Spanish a plus
