They are seeking a Senior Financial Planning professional to manage budgeting and forecasting for corporate functions, providing strategic leadership and analytical support to enhance financial performance.


Responsibilities

  • Responsible for annual financial plans, monthly forecasts and reporting for several corporate areas along with other ad hoc analysis.
  • Be a key partner with the business and Human Resources to support headcount planning and monthly review of budgeted open positions.
  • Analyze data from business partners, evaluate accuracy and completeness, and calculate adjustments to improve planning and forecasting accuracy.
  • Oversee expense account structure, planning, analysis, and communication processes between business partners and management.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources, Communications, and Corporate Accounting teams to optimize results.
  • Drive improvements in operating efficiency.
  • Provide analytical support to business partners.
  • Prepare ad hoc expense, plan, and forecast reports as needed.
  • Demonstrate the ability to take on special projects with finance as needed.
  • Foster an environment of acceptance and respect that strengthens relationships, and ensures authentic connections with colleagues, customers, and communities.
  • In addition to the essential duties mentioned above, other duties may be assigned.

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field
  • Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for HR and Communications functions
  • Experienced in expense account structure, cost analysis, and financial oversight
  • Above-average mathematical ability, including computing rates, ratios, percentages, and working with statistical concepts such as probability and inference
  • Ability to provide leadership at both strategic and operational levels
  • Proven ability to partner effectively with Human Resources, Communications, Corporate Accounting, and business leaders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Skilled in General Ledger and Expense Reporting systems, Excel, and other FP&A tools
  • Comfortable working independently, managing multiple priorities, and providing analytical support in a dynamic business environment
