The Data Analyst will support regional operations by ensuring the accuracy and usability of data across multiple systems, driving improvements in operational efficiency and decision-making.


Responsibilities

  • Understand the intricacies of various operational processes and how they relate to data flow.
  • Investigate and resolve data discrepancies, anomalies, and inconsistencies across platforms.
  • Disseminate issues, questions, and updates to relevant data stakeholders within the region.
  • Provide training and recommendations to team members responsible for data entry to improve data quality.
  • Collaborate with regional teams and system owners (e.g., Dynamics 365, Salesforce, Applied Epic) to support data integrity and alignment.
  • Work closely with data contacts and owners to identify and implement improvements when data issues arise.
  • Draft and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Support reporting and analytics needs by preparing datasets, dashboards, and visualizations.
  • Monitor compliance with data governance standards and contribute to ongoing data stewardship efforts.

Skills

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work cross-functionally.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within operations or a multi-system environment.
  • Familiarity with Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or Applied Epic is highly desirable.
  • Experience in drafting and implementing data quality policies is preferred.
  • Report generation capabilities including graphics.
