Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Canva Template Designer to join our remote freelance team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing eye-catching, versatile, and brand-aligned templates for a variety of digital content types, including social media posts, presentations, marketing materials, and more. This is an ideal opportunity for freelance designers or part-time creatives looking to work remotely with flexible hours and consistent project flow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design high-quality Canva templates for diverse use cases (e.g., Instagram, Pinterest, business presentations, eBooks, resumes).

  • Collaborate with project managers and clients to understand content goals and branding needs.

  • Ensure all designs are visually appealing, on-brand, and optimized for end-user customization.

  • Create templates that are accessible, easy to edit, and user-friendly for non-designers.

  • Stay updated with Canvas latest features, tools, and design trends to continuously innovate.

  • Manage your workload efficiently to meet project deadlines without compromising quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Canva with a strong portfolio of previous Canva designs or templates.

  • Good sense of visual hierarchy, layout design, typography, and color theory.

  • Understanding of design requirements for digital content platforms (e.g., Instagram sizes, YouTube thumbnails, LinkedIn banners).

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to deliver pixel-perfect designs.

  • Excellent time management and self-organization in a remote work environment.

  • Basic knowledge of branding principles and client communication.

Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of experience designing in Canva or in a graphic design role using Canva as a primary tool.
