We are seeking a professional, friendly, and polished Part-Time Receptionist with a background in the hospitality industry—including experience in hotels, resorts, or private clubs. This role is ideal for a seasoned hospitality professional, including retirees, who enjoy creating warm first impressions and maintaining a high standard of front-desk service. This is a part time, permanent position working 100% onsite at our 1123 Leslie St office location.

How you will contribute:

  • Greet and welcome clients, guests, and staff in a professional and courteous manner
  • Answer and direct incoming calls with clarity and efficiency
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area, meeting rooms, and common guest areas
  • Coordinate visitor sign-in and security procedures
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier packages
  • Provide administrative support including filing, scanning, and booking meeting rooms
  • Manage refreshments for meetings and ensure guest-facing areas are always well-stocked and presentable
  • Assist with internal event setups and support other departments when required

What you bring to the table:

  • Should bring substantial front-desk or guest services experience, typically gained over many years in a hospitality setting (e.g., hotel concierge, guest services, private club receptionist)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Comfortable with basic office technology: phone systems, email, MS Office (Word, Outlook)
  • Fluency in English required; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin or Cantonese) are a plus
  • Friendly, calm, and composed under pressure
