Join our real estate team as a Showing Assistant and become an essential part of helping clients find their dream homes! This role is ideal for someone who loves working with people, wants consistent opportunity, and is willing to put in the work to build a strong income. You will not be building alone. You’ll be partnering with an established platform focused on growth and conversion.

Responsibilities

  • Host 2-4 open houses per week and convert open house visitors into active buyers
  • Assist with marketing efforts and follow up with leads quickly and consistently
  • Conduct property showings for prospective buyers, highlighting key features and answering questions confidently, and assist through the purchase process
  • Write offers and support negotiations between buyers and sellers to facilitate smooth transactions
  • Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining clear communication and building rapport with clients
  • Stay organized by tracking client feedback, follow-up actions, and transaction progress to ensure a seamless process
  • Build your own personal book of business at the same time using our proven systems and processes

Requirements

Real estate license preferred and must be obtained within two months of hire, but not required to apply for the right candidate.
