Team Red Dog is looking for an experienced Program Coordinator - Xbox Publisher Engagement to join our global technology leader client's dynamic gaming organization. In this role, you'll help streamline publisher engagement and onboarding for Xbox tools and features, ensuring seamless coordination across internal teams and external partners. How you will make an impact:• Coordinate publisher onboarding and engagement for Xbox Clubs and commerce features.• Communicate updates to top publishers through email and distribution lists.• Collaborate with internal product and marketing teams to share education materials and feature updates.• Prepare documentation and support lightweight user research or feedback collection.• Participate in internal coordination meetings; external publisher communication is primarily asynchronous.The expertise you bring:• 8-10 years of relevant program or project coordination experience (open to strong candidates with 4+ years).• Proven record of stakeholder communication, cross-team coordination, and documentation excellence.• Familiarity with e-commerce, digital marketplaces, or go-to-market project workflows.• Strong writing, organization, and problem-solving skills.• Bachelor's degree preferred, not required.What makes a candidate highly successful in this role:Successful candidates will be proactive communicators who can balance creative problem-solving with structured coordination.
