<b>Minimum qualifications:</b><br><br><ul> <li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.</li> <li>4 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 2 years of experience with an advanced degree.</li> <li>2 years of experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.</li> </ul><br><br><b>Preferred qualifications:</b><br><br><ul> <li>Experience with database querying (e.g., SQL coding and analysis).</li> <li>Experience working on spreadsheet analysis, presentations and data management, with the ability to influence and communicate cross-functionally and externally.</li> <li>Knowledge of YouTube large partners and creator ecosystem, the News/Health/Learning/Youth or Civics verticals as well as the customer and engaging contexts in which they operate.</li> <li>Excellent problem-solving skills, combined with business acumen.</li> </ul><br><br><b>About the job</b><br><br>In this role, you will be a key partner to YouTube Americas Partnerships teams and leadership, helping them to bring Responsibility (Health, Learning, Civics, News, Youth) products to market, and a advocate for creators and publishers helping to bring their feedback to product teams to ensure it meets the needs of all of our creators and partners.<br><br>In addition, you will be a key contributor in a high-energy growth environment.
