This role is pivotal in aligning sales strategy with organizational goals, fostering customer engagement, and enabling operational excellence within a dynamic, matrixed environment.</p><p></p><h2><b>Key Responsibilities</b></h2><ul><li><p><b>Project Leadership:</b></p><ul><li>Lead execution of diverse, complex projects (e.g., Angio KPI/Focus Plan Management).</li><li>Define scope, develop action plans, and ensure timely delivery of initiatives.</li></ul></li><li><p><b>Stakeholder Engagement:</b></p><ul><li>Act as liaison between Head of Sales, senior leadership, and project teams.</li><li>Manage collaboration, communication, and knowledge exchange across stakeholders.</li></ul></li><li><p><b>Customer & KOL Engagement:</b></p><ul><li>Represent or support Head of Sales in strategic KOL projects and relationship management.</li><li>Develop and drive a KOL/Influencer relationship management strategy.</li></ul></li><li><p><b>Performance Management:</b></p><ul><li>Drive quarterly Performance Dialogues and ensure follow-through on key decisions.</li><li>Prepare and lead Steering Committee calls and special initiative meetings (e.g., Angio Focus, National Sales Team calls, Peakon SteerCo, Training SteerCo, Compensation SteerCo, Quota SteerCo).</li></ul></li><li><p><b>Sales Partner Management:</b></p><ul><li>Oversee relationships with Sales Partners (Delta, Cassling, Centella).</li></ul></li><li><p><b>Strategic Alignment:</b></p><ul><li>Connect digital/hybrid selling initiatives with internal MS Organization.</li><li>Align clinical pathway GTM communication across stroke, cardiac, neuro, and NDD.</li><li>Coordinate sales communication initiatives with MSC Communications team and LinkedIn.</li></ul></li><li><p><b>Customer Meeting Preparation:</b></p><ul><li>Organize VIP customer meetings in the USA & Germany in close collaboration with stakeholders.</li></ul></li><li><p><b>Data & Compliance:</b></p><ul><li>Support data hygiene compliance across reporting and CRM systems.</li></ul></li></ul><p></p><h2><b>Education, Knowledge & Experience</b></h2><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or higher; advanced degree preferred.</li><li><b>10+ years</b> of senior project or program management experience with a proven track record in managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.</li><li>Strong leadership skills to foster a high-performance culture.</li><li>Excellent communication (written, verbal, presentation) and stakeholder engagement abilities.</li><li>Consulting and/or change management experience is advantageous.</li><li>Ability to influence without authority and thrive in a matrix organization.</li><li>Critical thinking and resilience in resolving high-impact, cross-functional challenges.</li><li>Expertise in creating compelling PowerPoint and presentation materials.</li><li>Strong analytical skills and experience with database analysis.</li><li>Methodical approach to project scope definition and delivery.</li><li>Experience in medical technology or healthcare industry highly preferred.</li><li>Occasional travel required.</li></ul><h3><span><span>​</span></span></h3><p></p><p><b>Who we are</b>: We are a team of more than 72,000 highly dedicated Healthineers in more than 70 countries.
