<p><strong>Overview:</strong></p><p>SuperPe is seeking an experienced <strong>Performance Marketing Specialist</strong> to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience managing large-scale performance marketing campaigns across Google and Meta platforms, with the ability to take full ownership of campaign execution. You will be responsible for managing high-budget campaigns, driving app installs, and scaling performance efficiently. This role requires a data-driven mindset, strong technical skills, and the ability to collaborate with creative teams to develop and execute impactful campaigns.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Performance Marketing Campaign Management:</strong></p><ul><li>Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google and Meta platforms independently.</li><li>Drive app install campaigns and performance campaigns with budgets exceeding Rs.50 lacs per month.</li><li>Scale campaigns quickly and efficiently, focusing on maximizing ROI.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Expertise in Google and Meta Campaigns:</strong></p><ul><li>Manage various campaign types, including Universal App Campaigns (UAC), Demand Generation, Pmax, and Video Reach Campaigns (VRC) on Google.</li><li>Lead Meta app install campaigns and other performance-driven initiatives to meet business goals.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Technical Proficiency:</strong></p><ul><li>Utilize tools such as Google Tag Manager, Meta Tag Manager, and Appsflyer for campaign setup, tracking, and optimization.</li><li>Set up and manage app install campaigns across both Google and Meta with precision, ensuring accurate targeting and audience segmentation.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Creative Collaboration:</strong></p><ul><li>Collaborate with the creative team to generate innovative campaign ideas and ensure the creative assets align with performance goals.</li><li>Bring creative concepts to life by working closely with cross-functional teams to execute and implement campaigns effectively.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Data-Driven Insights:</strong></p><ul><li>Analyze data from paid campaigns to extract actionable insights.</li><li>Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance metrics, ensuring data-driven decision-making to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>2-4 years of experience in performance marketing, with proven expertise in managing campaigns on both Google and Meta platforms.</li><li>Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager, Meta Tag Manager, and Appsflyer.</li><li>Experience managing app install campaigns and monthly budgets of at least Rs.50 lacs across all channels.</li><li>Strong knowledge of UAC, Demand Gen, Pmax, and VRC campaigns on Google.</li><li>Ability to think creatively and collaborate with creative teams to execute campaign ideas.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data and optimize performance accordingly.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>To apply, please send your resume to sooraj@superpe.in</strong></p><p><br></p><p><em>SuperPe is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes candidates of all backgrounds to apply.
