Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. The Night Auditor plays a vital role in ensuring smooth overnight operations, providing exceptional guest services, and maintaining the security and integrity of the hotel during nighttime hours. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail and excellent communication skills are essential. The ideal candidate will have experience in hospitality, strong customer service abilities, and proficiency with front desk operations.

Responsibilities

  • Perform nightly audit procedures to reconcile daily financial transactions and ensure accuracy of guest accounts
  • Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently while providing friendly and professional service
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a focus on guest satisfaction
  • Maintain the security of the hotel premises by monitoring surveillance systems and conducting routine safety checks
  • Manage multi-line phone systems to assist guests and communicate with other departments
  • Prepare reports related to daily financial activities, occupancy, and other operational metrics
  • Ensure all front desk operations adhere to hotel policies and standards
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and updating guest records as needed
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs and facility issues during overnight hours

Skills

  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in multi-line phone systems and front desk software
  • Experience in hotel or hospitality industry preferred, especially in guest services or front desk roles
