<p><span>We are looking for a dependable and organized Part-Time Associate Property Manager to support the management of 15–20 student rental properties located around Whyte Avenue and the University of Alberta.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>The role would be around 10-30 hours per month. From April - September, when there is high turnover of university students, there is potentially the option to expand to 50% or 100% of full-time, if the selected candidate is interested in this.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>You’ll work closely with a small but experienced team, including a senior property manager, a bookkeeper, as well as contractors to help ensure smooth operations.
