About the position

The Online Teller position at Suncoast Credit Union involves providing real-time transaction assistance to members through video transmission via the Interactive Teller Machine (ITM). Responsibilities

  • Process a variety of financial transactions including deposits, payments, transfers, and withdrawals.

  • Ensure proper endorsements and identification are obtained to follow credit union policies and procedures.

  • Utilize various software programs concurrently to complete transactions and communicate with multiple members simultaneously.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
