Support the Next Generation of Aviation Professionals programme by organizing global summits, managing communications, and coordinating outreach activities.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assist in the overall preparation of the NGAP Global Summit, workshops, webinars, and associated activities.
  • Support coordination and preparation of background, reference, outreach materials, and communication activities on NGAP.
  • Help update and maintain the NGAP Global Summit website and social media platforms to ensure accurate information.
  • Prepare reports and meeting minutes as needed.
  • Assist in drafting correspondences, speeches, talking points, presentations, and other materials.
  • Conduct research on latest data, best practices, and information concerning NGAP initiatives.
  • Contribute to redesigning ICAO's public website content related to NGAP.
  • Support coordination and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

About You

The company is looking for:

  • Graduate degree completed or in progress (second-level university degree or higher), preferably in political science, law, public administration, management, or related aviation field.
  • At least four years of full-time university studies if education system does not separate undergraduate and graduate stages.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and research skills.
  • Familiarity with website content management systems and social media platforms is an asset.
  • Experience with collaborative documentation tools or work management platforms is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of ICAO, aviation sector, or United Nations system is desirable.
  • Fluent reading, writing, and speaking abilities in English.
  • Working knowledge of other ICAO languages (Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian, Spanish) is desirable.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Unpaid internship.
  • Interns bear all costs related to travel, insurance, accommodation, and living expenses.
  • Hybrid work arrangement requiring at least three days per week in Montreal office.
  • Full-time, five days a week (9 AM - 5 PM) for preferred duration of six months.
