You will conduct pre-flight safety checks, perform safety demonstrations, and respond to all in-flight emergencies with calm professionalism. You will also deliver our exceptional inflight service, presenting our famous cuisine and ensuring a hospitable, comfortable journey for our international clientele. Qualifications & Requirements: We seek dynamic, team-oriented individuals. Applicants must be at least 21 years old and possess the legal right to work in the United States. A valid passport for unrestricted international travel is required. A High School Diploma or GED is the minimum, with a college degree preferred. Flawless fluency in English is mandatory; fluency in Turkish is a significant advantage and highly desired. Candidates must have no visible tattoos in uniform and must pass a full medical evaluation and background check. Training & Work Schedule: Successful candidates will be flown to Turkey to attend our comprehensive, paid training program at the Turkish Airlines Aviation Academy in Istanbul (transport and accommodation provided). This position requires full flexibility for a variable roster that includes day and night shifts, weekends, and public holidays, consistent with long-haul international flight schedules. Compensation & Benefits: We offer a competitive salary, with an estimated annual base from $42,000 to $63,000, supplemented by hourly flight pay and per diem allowances. Our comprehensive US benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan, paid vacation, and extensive travel privileges on Turkish Airlines and all Star Alliance partner airlines.
