Architect and validate optimization strategies for batch job execution, scheduling, and dependency management.
Lead technical discovery of job inefficiencies including redundant dependencies, unused outputs, and low priority critical jobs.
Analyze upstream/downstream data exchange and file I/O patterns to identify bottlenecks.
Validate Broadridge RPM recommendations for SQL/database optimization, indexing, and performance tuning.
Provide technical leadership in project planning, milestone tracking, and stakeholder communication.
Support documentation of: Current State Discovery, Analysis and Recommendations, Final Solution Roadmap

Architecture & Design:
~10+ years of experience in enterprise batch job architecture and optimization.
~ Control M, Autosys, TWS).
~ Experience with real time and near real time data processing architectures (e.g., Technical Proficiency:
Strong SQL and database performance tuning skills (Oracle preferred).
Familiarity with hardware profiling (CPU, memory, SAN, thread models) and capacity planning.
Strong analytical and documentation skills for technical findings and recommendations.
Experience leading solution finalization workshops and technical governance sessions.
Tools & Technologies:
Oracle DB, SAN storage, RPM tools, performance monitoring platforms.
Familiarity with infrastructure provisioning, security design, and production like test environments.

The pay range for this role is CAD 130,000 per annum - CAD 150,000 per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
