This field-based role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, market development, and long-term client relationships within a defined territory. If you thrive in a dynamic, customer-centric environment and have a strong background in pharmaceutical or medical aesthetics sales, we want to hear from you.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br><br>Sales & Business Development<br><br><ul><li>Achieve and exceed territory sales targets across Hugel’s aesthetic injectables portfolio.</li><li>Develop and execute a territory business plan with clear strategies and KPIs.</li><li>Effectively manage the sales cycle, including upselling, cross-selling, and driving product adoption.</li><li>Analyze market data and trends to inform go-to-market strategies.<br><br><br></li></ul>Account & Client Management<br><br><ul><li>Cultivate strong, strategic relationships with key accounts, physicians, clinics, and KOLs.</li><li>Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring top-tier support and satisfaction.</li><li>Conduct regular client meetings to assess needs, track performance, and enhance loyalty.</li><li>Negotiate contracts that align with company goals and maximize customer value.<br><br><br></li></ul>Territory & Operational Excellence<br><br><ul><li>Profile and segment territory to identify growth opportunities and emerging trends.</li><li>Develop detailed account plans and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities.</li><li>Manage routing and scheduling to optimize account coverage and customer interaction.</li><li>Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales activity, territory expenses, and market feedback.<br><br><br></li></ul>Customer Support & Cross-Functional Collaboration<br><br><ul><li>Respond promptly to customer inquiries, complaints, and product/service issues.</li><li>Collaborate closely with internal teams (Marketing, Customer Service, Medical Affairs) to deliver seamless customer experiences.</li><li>Participate in account events, workshops, and industry networking to build brand awareness and loyalty.<br><br><br></li></ul>What You Bring <br><br><ul><li>Education: Bachelor's degree (required); additional training in healthcare or aesthetics is an asset.</li><li>Experience:</li><ul><li>2–5 years of B2B medical sales (required) in aesthetic medicine, dermatology, or plastic surgery; additional relevant certifications or training are a plus.</li><li>Experience with chain/buying group accounts and/or Contract Sales Organization (CSO) channel is highly desirable.</li><li>Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering client satisfaction.</li></ul><li>Skills:</li><ul><li>A highly collaborative professional with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively across functions.</li><li>Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.</li><li>Bilingual capabilities (region-dependent) are a plus.</li><li>Strategic thinker with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.</li><li>Organized, self-motivated, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul><li>Other:</li><ul><li>Ability to travel across British Columbia.</li><li>Valid driver's license.</li></ul></ul>
