Our team of dedicated and responsive information professionals work collaboratively with business partners to help them perform their work effectively and efficiently by ensuring recorded information is accurate, reliable and usable throughout its lifecycle.<br><br>As a Manager, RIM Advisory & Business Enablement you will be responsible for a small team that delivers Records and Information Management (RIM) advice and solutions for managing information lifecycle. You will manage or facilitate RIM-focused projects involving multiple stakeholders, diverse technologies, and modern techniques, ensuring compliance with operational risk policies and promoting best industry practice.<br><br><strong>How You Will Create Impact<br><br></strong><ul><li>Provides strategic direction while maintaining a hands-on leadership style. Actively engages in projects and collaborates closely with your team by balancing oversight with direct involvement where needed;</li><li>Manages, facilitates and oversees programs and projects that implement RIM best practice solutions. Develops and maintains business cases, program roadmaps and supporting materials; Oversees the development and execution of project plans;</li><li>Serves as a senior RIM subject matter expert, offering valuable advice on RIM policy compliance and best practice application in technology and business process;</li><li>Manages the Advisory and Enablement function, providing RIM analysts and project resources with leadership, direction and guidance on delivering best practice advice, navigating complex scenarios, and solving business and technology problems;</li><li>Fosters strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and partners<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>How You Will Succeed<br><br></strong><ul><li>You build trusting relationships and provide feedback to enable the successful development of your team and colleagues.</li><li>You foster innovation and continuous improvement with a focus on client experience.</li><li>You facilitate the adoption of change and create a high-performance culture through alignment of your team’s work with organizational goals.</li><li>You successfully convey messages and demonstrate openness to exploring alternative points of view.</li><li>You use critical thinking to guide decision making.<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>To Join Our Team<br><br></strong><ul><li>You have 6-9 years of experience delivering multi-faceted records and information management advice and solutioning, possessing expert knowledge of physical and electronic RIM principles, practices, and methodologies with proven ability applying these principles to solve business problems. </li><li>You have a minimum of 3 years experience leading process and people</li><li>You are proficient in Project Management and Business Analysis practices; You have a successful track record of managing project lifecycles, with strong knowledge of systems solutioning.</li><li>You have a post-secondary degree in Business Management or Administration.
