Watts is a leading brand with aquality reputation - and we have a dynamic future ahead.</p><p>Position Summary:</p><p>The Manager, Transactional Process Improvement (TPI) has overall responsibility for managing and advancing front-end process improvements across all transactional business functions including HR, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Finance. This position will drive the execution and sustainment of a front-end CI Project Funnel and Roadmap to support productivity goals, operational excellence, and strategic growth initiatives. The TPI Manager will work across business units to standardize training, improve onboarding, support underperforming sites, and drive consistent CI culture and branding throughout the enterprise.</p><p>YOU WILL:</p><ul><li><p>Lead and manage all standardized front-end CI activities aligned with the One Watts Performance System (OWPS).</p></li><li><p>Manage the Front-End CI Project Funnel and Roadmap, ensuring alignment with productivity targets and operational KPIs.</p></li><li><p>Facilitate strategy and goal deployment across HR, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Finance, and other front-end functions.</p></li><li><p>Track and report on front-end productivity savings to meet or exceed Annual Operating Plan (AOP) goals.</p></li><li><p>Support Productivity and CI meetings, with a focus on sites missing YTD targets; coordinate follow-up meetings to ensure execution of CI Roadmaps.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate and maintain Lean online training platforms; ensure site participation and certification tracking.</p></li><li><p>Partner with HR to embed OWPS training into the employee onboarding process.</p></li><li><p>Lead and maintain standard visual management (CIOS Room standards, CI event visuals, KPI boards) at operational sites.</p></li><li><p>Drive the development and deployment of CI marketing materials across all operational and front-end sites to promote a unified Lean culture.</p></li><li><p>Support the sustainment and continuous improvement of CI training documentation across all departments.</p></li><li><p>Work with all levels of the organization to establish and monitor baseline metrics for front-end process improvement.</p></li><li><p>Identify and prioritize front-end business opportunities for improvement based on impact to organizational goals.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with site leadership to ensure sustainment of gains and continuous CI engagement.</p></li></ul><p>EDUCATION:</p><ul><li>Bachelor\'s degree required (Business, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field preferred).</li></ul><p>MANAGEMENT:</p><ul><li>0-4 direct reports (as assigned based on business need).</li></ul><p>YOU HAVE:</p><ul><li><p>Formal Continuous Improvement / Lean transformation training and certification required.</p></li><li><p>Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification preferred.</p></li><li><p>Minimum of 5 years hands-on Lean Kaizen, transactional process improvement, or operational transformation experience with proven results.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated ability to lead strategy deployment, manage project pipelines, and drive accountability.</p></li><li><p>Experience supporting HR, Customer Service, Supply Chain, or Finance process improvement initiatives strongly preferred.</p></li><li><p>Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines.</p></li><li><p>Expertise in Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Tiered Daily Management (TDM), Standard Work, 5S, visual management, and problem-solving methodologies.</p></li><li><p>Exceptional communication, facilitation, and cross-functional leadership skills.</p></li><li><p>Advanced computer proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and online training platforms.</p></li><li><p>Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.</p></li></ul><p>COMPETENCIES:</p><ul><li><p>Initiative: Self-motivated and able to work independently.</p></li><li><p>Leadership: Strong leadership with ability to drive SMART goal setting and execution.</p></li><li><p>Problem Solving: Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.</p></li><li><p>Innovation: Highly driven to continuously improve with creative, scalable solutions.</p></li><li><p>Communication: Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills across all organizational levels.</p></li><li><p>Teamwork: Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.</p></li><li><p>Influence: Strong ability to engage and influence without direct authority.</p></li><li><p>Organization: Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities concurrently.</p></li></ul><p>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:</p><p>While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to walk, talk, and/or hear.
