About the Role

As an M-Mobile Remote Operations Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring that our digital customer experience remains seamless, efficient, and innovative. You’ll help manage daily tasks that keep our systems running — from customer communications to backend data updates and online order coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via email, chat, and virtual call systems.

Update and manage customer profiles, service requests, and device records using online tools.

Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure accurate shipment tracking and delivery confirmations.

Monitor system dashboards for service interruptions and escalate any technical issues.

Maintain confidentiality while managing customer and billing data securely.

Participate in weekly team meetings to share insights and identify workflow improvements.

Collaborate with other departments (Sales, Tech Support, and Marketing) to optimize operations.

Provide product information, troubleshoot basic service problems, and ensure high customer satisfaction ratings.
