What you will do:

  • Manage incoming and outbound call sales opportunities
  • Connect with new and current clients to onboard, ensure satisfaction and build authentic, lasting relationships with SLi
  • Resolve any client sales related inquiries by partnering with the appropriate internal resources

What we are looking for:

  • 2+ years of individual life insurance sales, LLQP license with home provincial licensing in good-standing
  • Proven ability to self-manage in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment
  • A passion for helping others and providing consultative customer advice and service
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High level of accountability and the ability to work with a sense of urgency
  • Commitment to ongoing service, process, and efficiency improvements
  • Comfortable managing client escalations and able to problem-solve creatively
  • Basic knowledge Google docs, Microsoft Office

Requirements:

  • Computer (4k bench on the CPU 8gb ram, windows 10-11, 20 download and 20 download)
  • Must have reliable access to High-speed internet
  • Will also need an additional monitor
  • Headset (If you do not have one, one can be provided to you)
