<p> Harnham – Data & Analytics Recruitment</p> <p><strong>Lead Data Quality Analyst</strong></p> <p><strong>Salary:</strong> Up to £80,000<strong>Location:</strong> London</p> <p>Our leading retail client is seeking a Data Quality Lead to join their expanding data team and drive the implementation of data quality tools and processes across the organization.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Develop Technology Solutions:</strong> Lead the creation of systems to identify, measure, categorize, prioritize, and address the root causes of data quality issues.</li> <li><strong>Implement Best Practices:</strong> Establish and advocate for proactive strategies to prevent data quality problems from occurring.</li> <li><strong>Oversee Data Quality Tools and Processes:</strong> Manage the deployment and configuration of data quality tools, working closely with Data Management teams to ensure successful implementation.</li> <li><strong>Promote Data Quality Awareness:</strong> Raise awareness of data quality management among both technical and non-technical stakeholders, fostering a commitment to maintaining high standards.</li> <li><strong>Manage Stakeholder Relationships:</strong> Build and sustain strong relationships with source system owners and subject matter experts to secure long-term solutions for data quality issues.</li> <li><strong>Design and Deploy Monitoring Systems:</strong> Implement systems to enhance issue detection and reporting within Nucleus, leading to improved data quality.</li> <li><strong>Collaborate on Data Quality Standards:</strong> Work with Data Design and Data Engineering teams to establish and uphold standards for managing data quality throughout the delivery lifecycle and in production.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Skills:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience in mentorship or leadership roles.</li> <li>Proficiency in SQL for data analysis.</li> <li>Experience with implementing data quality tools.</li> <li>Familiarity with data platforms.</li> <li>Experience with data catalog tools is a plus.</li> </ul> <p>If you are interested in this opportunity, please submit your application for consideration.</p>
