**Description** The RoleThe Marketing Applied Sciences (MAS) team is responsible for developing audience-driven solutions to help GM Organizations achieve their business goals. The individual will work as a member of a multi-disciplinary team of various experience levels that will be driving solution design, development, and deployment of audience models in support of marketing efforts. The Activation Strategy team is the entry point into the business, helping connect wider GM with the benefits of our models and approach. As Activation Strategist focused on audiences for Media, this individual will embed themselves with the media team, understanding process, relationships, and business goals. Using a consultative and collaborative approach, they will work to develop business requirements into deliverables for the data science team, using strong communication skills and technical understanding to drive execution. A successful candidate will have a solid technical foundation and understanding of consumer data, combined with proficiency in verbal and visual communication. What You'll Do Lead the relationship with the MediaONE team, understand their processes and business needs Work with stakeholders in Media and in MAS to translate goals into a roadmap for developing audiences, testing, and driving adoption of the MAS models.Work with MAS stakeholders in Experimentation to drive forward test and learn roadmap in partnership with Media, Brand and other stakeholdersElevate findings to a strategic, consultative, and actionable level. Convey complex stories to internal stakeholders in a strategic way that can be translated into measurable actionsBuild and manage relationships with cross functional stakeholders to identify and prioritize key marketing and media questions. Required QualificationsBachelors degree required3+ years of professional experience2-3 years Advanced Analytics, Audience Building Strategies or Test and Learn Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal skills; fluency interfacing with both technical and management teams. Ability to make complex concepts and analytics understandable and actionableProven capability to think systemically, strategically, and analytically while executing decisivelyAbility to integrate data and findings from a variety of data sources and present a holistic view of a positionStrong interpersonal, teambuilding, and negotiating skills with a can-do attitude and an ability to work well with internal GM clients and suppliersStrong team building and project leadership skillsProject management duties including project plans, timelines, ad-hoc requests, and managing the implementation of technical solutionsExperience utilizing analytical software tools and packagesExperience developing structured and logical frameworks to define the problem, analyze the data, and derive insights and actionable recommendationsAbility to establish a collaborative, cross-functional work environment to execute at a high-level **Additional Description** This role is based remotely but if you live within a 50-mile radius of \[Atlanta, Austin, Detroit, Warren, Milford or Mountain View\], you are expected to report to that location three times a week, at minimum.This job is not eligible for relocation benefits.
