GHL & Zapier Build Session

Overview

I need an experienced GoHighLevel (GHL) and Zapier expert ASAP to hop on a live call with me and walk me step-by-step through building an organized CRM + recurring billing system for both my fraternity and my business.

This is urgent — I’m ready to start immediately.

What I Need Help With

Building a clean, organized CRM pipeline

Setting up recurring billing for dues + subscriptions

Workflows, custom fields, custom objects, membership tracking

Zapier automations, formatting, webhooks, error-proof integrations

Building everything live while you explain the logic

I don’t just want the system built for me.

I want someone who can teach me as we build, so communication matters. English is important (Spanish works too).

Requirements

Proven experience with GHL (Workflows, Payments, Pipelines, advanced setups)

Strong Zapier expertise

Ability to explain clearly on a live screen-share
