Job Description

Daily Responsibilities:

Will be doing outreach to members to inform them about programs available & scheduling them with the health coaches & mailing out info

Will do outbound and some inbound calls, about 80-120 calls a day

Will be using a system where they have a queue of people who are eligible for services

They start out using a script to determine which services the people might benefit from and refer them to health coaches


Hours for this Position:

Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm

Qualifications

HS diploma

Call center experience

Healthcare experience highly preferred

Computer skills: general typing, data entry. Will be using proprietary software, so ability to learn computer program will be important.

Soft skills are SO IMPORTANT!

Nice phone etiquette

Reliability - in terms of ATTENDANCE

Ability to work well with others

Respectful & polite

Good work ethic/hard worker & Trainability

Must be professional in appearance - no facial piercings/visible tattoos

Good tenure at previous jobs
