Position Summary At Ascend Medical, our Health Concierges are more than just schedulers — they are the first voice our patients hear and the front line of our mission to elevate mind, body, and soul. As a Health Concierge, you will play a critical role in delivering a compassionate, solution-oriented experience for every patient from the very first interaction. This full-time, remote position supports patients by phone and digital channels, guiding them through scheduling, insurance verification, portal setup, and pre-visit preparation. You’ll work in a fast-paced, call center-style environment where empathy, accuracy, and problem-solving are essential. Certified or registered Medical Assistant credential is required.
