Position Summary Trello is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Growth Analytics Manager to join our Content Creation team. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in the USA. As the Growth Analytics Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving data-informed decisions to optimize our content strategy and maximize its impact on user acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will work closely with content creators, marketing managers, and product teams to identify opportunities for growth and measure the effectiveness of our content initiatives. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive analytics framework to track and measure the performance of Trello's content across various channels (blog, social media, email, etc.). Analyze content performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement. Partner with content creators to develop data-driven content strategies that align with Trello's overall growth objectives. Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize content for maximum impact. Create and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate content performance to stakeholders. Collaborate with the product team to integrate content into the Trello platform and measure its impact on user behavior. Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in content marketing and analytics. Present findings and recommendations to senior management. Work remotely and effectively as part of a distributed team, utilizing collaboration tools and communication best practices. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, economics, computer science). 5+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably in a marketing or content-related role. Strong understanding of content marketing principles and best practices. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Google Analytics, and Excel. Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment. Proven ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a distributed work setting. Experience with virtual collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, and Trello (preferred). Technical Requirements To ensure a seamless remote work experience, the following technical requirements are necessary: Dedicated home office space free from distractions. High-speed internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download/10 Mbps upload). Reliable computer with webcam and microphone. Ability to work during core collaboration hours (10 AM - 2 PM Pacific Time) to facilitate communication with the team. Desired Skills Experience with content management systems (CMS). Compensation & Benefits The annual salary range for this fully remote position is $120,000 - $160,000, depending on experience and location.
