Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Listen to audio files carefully and transcribe spoken content into written text with high accuracy.
  • Identify and tag different speakers in multi-speaker audio recordings.

  • Apply specific linguistic and formatting rules consistently throughout all transcriptions.
  • Review and edit own transcriptions to ensure grammatical correctness, proper punctuation, and adherence to client specifications.
  • Manage time effectively to meet transcription deadlines and quality metrics.
